Overview

You will be part of an ambitious, fast-growing AI venture focused on B2B AI applications. As an Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building the AI products, working closely with clients and internal teams.

What You Will Do

• Design and build AI-powered product features end-to-end—from backend services to user-facing experiences.
• Develop production-grade pipelines using modern AI technologies (LLMs, embeddings, vector stores, RAG, evaluation tooling).
• Collaborate with product managers and clients to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ship fast: prototype, evaluate, and iterate to validate ideas quickly.
• Own services in production, ensuring reliability, scalability, and observability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, OR equivalent practical experience.
• Strong proficiency in backend or full-stack development (Typescript, Next.js, Python, or Java).
• Experience building and deploying cloud-based systems on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience working with modern LLM technologies (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc), including prompting.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and experience working with diverse data sources.
• Ability to communicate ideas most effectively in English and Japanese.

Overview

You will join an ambitious, fast-growing AI venture building next-generation B2B talent acquisition solutions. As a UX/UI Engineer, you will own the end-to-end experience design of our products and translate complex hiring workflows into simple, intuitive, and modern user interfaces.

What You Will Do

• Lead the end-to-end design of user experiences across our AI hiring solution suite.
• Define and maintain UX strategy, design principles, and product-wide experience guidelines.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Implement UI designs using modern frontend frameworks (Next.js, React, Typescript).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing UX/UI for modern web applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, visual design, and component-based UI development.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies (React, Next.js, Typescript, CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, etc.).
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Ability to work in English; Japanese communication skills are a strong advantage.
